week 9: my song

Hey guys. I hope you had a good week :) I just want to share a quick thought from my personal study earlier this morning, from 2 Nephi 22. I was so touched by Isaiah's incredible ability to convey emotion through words.

2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid; for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also has become my salvation.

I will trust. I will not be afraid. Jesus Christ is my strength, and he is my song. If I will show gratitude for the gift of his sacrifice, He will become my salvation. Those are such beautiful truths. I bet that if I were to repeat those sentences every morning in the mirror to myself I would be much more able to take on life's challenges and feel of the peace that can only come through Him.

Please remember that you are not alone. Christ is on your side. Pray to feel His love, and I promise that you will feel it. Never give up. You can do it. Jesus loves you, and he is there to help lift you, comfort you, cleanse you, and heal you.
